The mirror showed up in one piece, so that was good, lol. The box was a little dented though, and I feel like the corners could’ve used some extra padding. Nothing terrible, but it definitely made me nervous while opening it

The mirror did show up in one piece, so I’ll give them that. The packaging seemed decent and there were no cracks or chips. But the delivery updates were really lacking, and I wasn’t sure what was supposed to happen next or when it would actually arrive. It also took longer than expected, and I had to follow up just to get a response. Not a total disaster, but definitely not a smooth or clear experience

The installation didn’t go great. The edges were left messy, whoever runs this should be checking work like that before calling it done.

I ended up ordering from queenslandmirrors.au because the warranty seemed straightforward and reasonable. For me, that made a big difference because buying a mirror online feels like one of those things where you want a bit of reassurance first.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the mirror showed up and it looks really nice!! The price was fair compared to a few others I looked at, and it feels solid quality too!!! I’m happy with what I paid and really don’t have any complaints!!

In the end, the mirror looks fine and everything is up the way it should be, so I can’t really complain too much.
The installer was polite, friendly enough, and seemed to know what he was doing. He answered the questions I had and was respectful while he was in the house.

It’s like these days customer service is either really great or barely there. Not the worst experience in the world, but I definitely didn’t feel very welcomed.

I ordered a custom size mirror and, to be fair, it came out just right for the space. It fit where I needed it to and looks good, so I’m happy with the purchase.
